National Honor Society (N.H.S.)—The Brother Rice Chapter of the National Honor Society seeks to recognize students for their outstanding scholarship, leadership, character, and service. Students who are members lead the school in all of these areas, especially service. N.H.S. members serve the school in various functions and serve their fellow students by mentoring and tutoring. Members are selected by a faculty council for their scholarship, character, leadership and service. The National Honor Society is moderated by Mrs. Janet Rzeszutko.
Academic Integrity
Brother Rice High School strives to develop students who Act Manfully in Christ Jesus. To that end, students are expected to always embody Christian values; to act honorably, ethically, responsibly, and with integrity. They are academic and social leaders who are committed to their personal accountability at all times and in every way.Consequently, adverse actions involving plagiarism, cheating, or unauthorized collaboration will not be tolerated. Such actions will result in serious academic consequences, possible disciplinary consequences, and potential expulsion from the National Honor Society.
