Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) is an organization open to all students, freshmen through seniors. The purpose of S.A.D.D. is to make students aware of the dangers connected with drinking and drugs. The big event is the annual Red Ribbon Week at the end of October. Prior to Red Week, meetings are held once a week in the morning. After Red Ribbon Week, meetings are held when needed. Throughout the year, when a student has his 16th birthday, S.A.D.D. sends him a congratulatory note along with a S.A.D.D. key ring. S.A.D.D. is moderated by Mrs. Lynch.
